Returns and Exchanges
We know that things change in the busy lives of our parents and students. If you no longer need the kit you ordered, or you actually need a different kit, we can handle those changes. If you want to cancel a kit before the order has shipped to the school or your home, we will issue a prompt credit. If you need a different kit, we will process the exchange so that your student gets exactly what he or she needs.
If your order has already shipped to your home or school, we can still take care of you with no hassles and no extra fees! If you wish to return a kit, we will either issue a return label or direct you to drop the kit off at your school. If you exchange a kit we will process an order for your new kit. When we receive the returned kit at our warehouse or your school, we will promptly credit your account. Please contact us if you need to return or exchange a kit to insure proper processing.
